First Stop Disability Services pays above award rates with 10.5% super paid quarterly. As the Director of First Stop Disability Services I have 2 goals:

1st - To provide the best care to local NDIS participants

2nd - To ensure my staff have security regarding the hours they want to work whilst having confidence in me that I will always be transparent, honest and consistent in my management style
